1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Tensora", "we", "us", or "our" — Tensora, operating at 78 Rattanathibet Road, Bang Kraso, Muang, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand.
• "User", "you", or "your" — any individual who visits, registers on, or uses our website or programs.
• "Service" — the website, platform, and all online AI development programs offered by Tensora.
• "Content" — all course materials, videos, exercises, guides, and written resources provided through the Service.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• "Enrollment" — the act of purchasing and registering for a Tensora course or program.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, completing an enrollment, or using any part of our Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf or have authority to act on behalf of the entity you represent.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and do not enroll in our programs.

3. Service Description

Tensora provides online AI education programs currently comprising three offerings:

• AI Concepts for Beginners: Self-Paced Course — a foundational program accessible online at your own pace, priced at ฿3,900.
• Natural Language Processing: Project Track — a structured, project-driven program with mentor review and community support, priced at ฿17,500.
• Advanced AI Mentorship Program — an extended mentorship engagement with regular sessions and detailed feedback, priced at ฿32,000.

Service availability is subject to our operational capacity. We reserve the right to modify program formats, content, or availability with reasonable notice.

4. User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to access enrolled course materials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account access is personal and non-transferable; sharing login credentials is not permitted.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and enrollment.
• Use course content solely for personal, educational purposes.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Tensora and other learners.
• Engage respectfully with mentors, instructors, and fellow learners in any community spaces.
• Not attempt to copy, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer course materials.

Prohibited Activities:

• Sharing, distributing, or publicly posting course materials without written permission.
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or demean other users or staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Submitting false or misleading information on forms or inquiries.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, website design, text, graphics, and materials are owned by or licensed to Tensora and protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the relevant course materials for personal educational purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from course content without prior written consent from Tensora.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used by Tensora without obligation or compensation to you.

7. Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via methods listed on the enrollment page, processed by authorised third-party payment providers.
• Refund Policy: Requests for a refund submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] to begin this process.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. Enrolled learners will not be subject to price increases for the duration of their current enrollment.

8. Course-Specific Terms

• Access to self-paced courses is provided for a period of 12 months from the enrollment date unless otherwise specified.
• Mentorship sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the learner and their assigned mentor; cancellations require 24 hours' notice.
• Course completion depends on learner participation and effort. Tensora does not represent that any particular outcome will be achieved.
• Academic integrity is expected. Submission of work that is not your own in assessed exercises is grounds for removal from the program without refund.
• Community forums and group spaces are moderated; behaviour that disrupts a constructive learning environment may result in access restrictions.

9. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and high-quality experience:

• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.
• We do not make any representations about specific outcomes resulting from participating in our programs — learning is a personal journey that varies by individual.
• Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice in any specialised field.
• Links to external resources are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law:

• Tensora's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tensora, its staff, mentors, and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Termination

• You may discontinue using our Service at any time; refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
• Upon termination, your licence to access course materials ends immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
• In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can seek an informal resolution.
• If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tensora regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure by Tensora to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Notices: Formal notices to Tensora should be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• The revised date at the top of this page will be updated.
• For material changes, we will notify enrolled learners by email at least 14 days in advance.
• Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
